SHIPPING & RETURNS
There are various ways we can ship your items, or you can collect them.
We use Royal Mail as our mail order partner. You can choose Second or First Class services typically fulfilled between 2-3 working days for Second Class service and 1-2 workdays for First Class. For further details of the Royal Mail SLAs, please check here.
Royal Mail prices vary with the size of your order. Most of our orders fall into the small parcel category. However, if your order is a generous one, you may incur additional costs. We don't charge a handling fee, so all money you pay for postal delivery is used to purchase your parcel's correct postal label.
If you have any question regarding Postal deliver charges, please don't hesitate to contact us.
We can ship your order within the UK, including Northern Ireland.
At this present time, we are not yet ready for the EU or the Rest of the World shipping but keep an eye here for updates.
Collection at local markets
We have a permanent stall at Cowbridge Farmer's Market, and we have enabled you to chose that option to collect your order should you prefer. There will be no cost associated with collecting your order on Saturday Market between 9 am and 1 pm.
We also have a stall twice monthly at Pontcanna Market. You can choose to collect there if you wish too, but because we are not there every weekend, please check with us beforehand. Pontcanna Market operates between 10 am and 2 pm.

We offer you also the opportunity to come and collect your order at our address. We will confirm your allocated pick-up time via email. Please, don't turn up without confirmation as we may not have your order ready for delivery.

When and How to do it
Cancelling an Order and Obtaining a Refund
Do you need to cancel an order? Not a problem. If you let us know within 24h of purchase or before we have dispatched your item(s), we will cancel your order and refund it into the account you paid for your order. A Cancellation fee may be applied depending on the reason for your cancellation (typically, the cancellation charge is set at 10% of your purchase order amount).
If you contact us after 24h, we cannot refund your purchase on this occasion. However, depending on your reasons for cancellation, we may send you an electronic voucher to use in your next order in exchange.
Wedding or Party favours are not refundable.
A non-refundable deposit is taken at the booking time, with the remainder paid 24h before the session occurs. Cancellations will be refunded on an individual basis.
We are unable to receive a return of a product. This is because of their perishable nature.
Simply Changing your Order
You can request an item or more in your order to be replaced by another item of the same value from our catalogue. If you would like to increase the number of items purchased or add additional items, let us know, and we can invoice you for the additional items. However, if your order has been dispatched, you may incur additional postage costs.
It is possible to request items to be removed from your order before it has been dispatched. However, if this has lapsed, we will not provide you with this service. Please, make sure to check all the details of your order before you complete payment for your items.
